Quality Inn Chesapeake - Greenbrier

Had a really great stay here. Everything was good from the staff to the room, nice bed and reasonably spacious room. The hotel was in a great location, in the middle of jackson. And it was also really close to stores and resturants where near by and a 24 hour restaurant and THE WAFFLE HOUSE.

I asked for a double room with central heating, flat-screen television and a microwave oven, it was reasonably spacious. The bed was nice and bathroom was clean.

The hotel offers a comfortable room with decent amenities for a short stay. The cleanliness could be greatly improved, as I found the bedding to have some stains and the bathroom needed better attention.

Enjoyed my stay, especially the convenient access to local eateries. The service staff were attentive. Make sure to ask for extra pillows upon check-in-they really enhance the comfort of the Queen Room. A decent option for a quick getaway with potential for greater cleanliness.

I loved using the cozy lounge area to unwind after a long road trip and enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each morning. The indoor pool and fitness center were great spots to relax and stay active during the visit. Just a heads up, the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, but it didn't ruin my stay 😊

The breakfast had some great options, especially the waffles, a good treat. My room could have used a thorough cleaning, as I noticed some areas were a bit dusty, and the bathroom needed more attention. It was a good experience, but cleanliness needs to be prioritized .

We spent our days hiking scenic trails at Northwest River Park and taking in the nature at the Great Dismal Swamp National Wildlife Refuge. With all the necessary amenities, this hotel was perfect for our weekend getaway.

We did face a bit of an issue with customer service at check-in, as one employee was not very accommodating, made the process challenging.
